The research purpose of this study is:
1. Investigate that the teacher of public junior high school perceive the principal’s motivation strategy , teacher's psychological contract and school efficiency at present.
2. Is it become with difference background public junior high school teacher of consciousness principal’s motivation strategy , teacher psychological contract and school efficiency with different situations experienced to understood.
3. Probe into the public junior high school teacher's consciousness principal’s motivation strategy , teacher's psychological contract and school efficiency relation.
4. It is analyzed that a principal’s motivation the prediction situations of the strategy , teacher's psychological contract and school efficiency relation.
5. According to the result of study, propose the conclusion and suggestion , in order to offer reference of administrative operation to the school , improve the efficiency that the administrative affairs of schools of the school promote , develop continuously forever with the favourable school,and propose the concrete suggestion on the principal in order to regard as the academic research and discuss.
Study this probe into theory of setting up with relevant document, study structure and as is it study basis of tool to design. In order to construct the target of examining to 41 public junior high schools and 3275 education personnel in Kaohsiung by making investigations, Obtain effective 558 shares of questionnaire, The effective rate of recovery is about 97.6%. ' Principal’s motivation strategy questionnaire ' and ' teacher's psychological contract questionnaire ' and ' the efficiency questionnaire of the school ' were used to be examine tools
The datas are analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression.
1. The teacher of public junior high school motivations the consciousness of the strategy to belong to the middle and upper degree to the principal, among them ' improve the achievement motive ' it is the best.
2. The teacher of public junior high school belongs to the middle and upper degree to the consciousness of teacher's psychological contract , and experience the degree relatively tall with ' relational psychological contract '.
3. The teacher of public junior high school belongs to the middle and upper degree to the consciousness of the efficiency of the school, it is deepest to experience with ' teacher's teaching efficiency ' particularly.
4. Man, Generally graduate from university, administrative teacher, Senior, the principal serves the teacher of the school under four years, consciousness of motivation strategy to be relatively high to the principal.
5. Man,it is annual and long, generally graduate from university, administrative teacher , senior, serve the teacher of the small-scale school ,I it is relatively high to teacher's psychological contract consciousness.
6. Man, generally graduate from university ,administrative teacher, Senior, Serve the large-scale school, the principal serves the school teacher under four years, It is relatively high to the efficiency consciousness of the school.
7. The more positive the principal’s motivation strategy, the better teacher's consciousness to the psychological contract is .
8. The more positive the principal’s motivation strategy, then the better the efficiency of the school is.
9. The better teacher's consciousness to the psychological contract is, then the school has the more well school efficiency
10. The better atmosphere what the relational psychological contract in teacher's psychological contract set up is, it will influence the efficiency of the school to well.

(1) Encourage the teacher to participate in receiving a training actively, improve professional accomplishment
(2) Strengthen teacher's friendliness to ' the relation type psychological contract ' and believe in the consciousness, Sound for the teacher in the proper occasion,
(3) Improve students and learn to behave, improve the efficiency of whole school.
(4) Pay attention to the equal rights of sex, strengthen the school environment of the women teacher's requirement and demand guide.
(5) Activate the education thinking of the teachers graduating from the normal school. bring along teacher's idea to improve
(6) Expand a teacher and participate in the administrative affairs of schools, Promote the idea to merge via the friendship ties of the activity.
(7) Encourage ' Mesozoic Era ' teacher , excite and educate heartily again.
(8) The large-scale school needs to manage teacher's relation, The small-scale school needs to look for more resources.
