Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 96 === Many injecting drug users (IDUs), after they went to prison for the crime made, found themselves infected HIV by the blood test. However, there is not a research on these pertinent problems: how they adapt their prison life, do they still have sexual need, how they deal with their sexual need after the prison life, how they adapt the intimate relationship with their sexual partners, how is the situation to practice informing the fact and safe sex behavior. The researcher research field, the working field, processing formal observation, making a record and gathering materials, is from May 2006 to May 2008. The researcher is still in the working field and remains the good connection with the participators. The research content presents into four themes: Firstly, it is a research based on the prisoners’ experiences, mainly describing the infectors practice and adapt in the first stage when they informed infected, their sexual need in prison and career plans after prison. Secondly, the research constructs the injection drug users (IDUs) life model to present infectors challenge after prison; furthermore, discusses situations of changing sexual power and how they develop new intimate relationship. Thirdly, there would be a deep description focus on informing the infected fact and safe sex behaviors. Finally, to present loyally many precious opinions of the interviewed about and beside the research topic in the interviewing process. The researcher’s conclusion illustrates that infectors’ sexual need is not influenced by the reality of infecting HIV. After they finish their penalty, the drug-addicted infectors still need sexual behaviors to satisfy their own sexual need. Before out of the prison, the infectors often worry most about how to deal with their family and whether they would infect their family or not. They concern of the phenomenon of the sexual power transference. In the newly-developed intimate partnership, what the uninfected female partners worry most is not the possibility to be infected. Practice of the safe sex behavior are more usual among stable sexual partners than optional sexual partners. The low percentage influenced by a lot of mistaken elements of identification. Through the research content, the researcher discovered and concluded into two suggestion: Firstly, adapt the practical content toward the direction to meet the infectors need, changing the public educative characteristics of adjust organization to be more receptive and intensive in detail; to raise the concept of pre-prevention. Gradually. Spread right concepts to the drug-addicted internet; By the up-date new communicative way, not only increase the effect of public education but also finish the pertinent process connecting different dimensions. Secondly, major the infectors’ female sexual partners, since the former public education focused on the male has stuck, the official organizations should transfer a part of advertising strength on the female, to reach the better communication and broadcast effect.
