Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 96 === A Study on the Essence of Family Education Curriculum and Feasible Strategies in Junior High Schools of Tainan County/City Abstract This purpose of the study is to discuss the status of family education in Junior High School of Tainan County / City, which includes the teachers’ opinions on the functions, the essence of family education curriculum and the implementation strategies in the process. Quantitative questionnaire investigation is chosen in the research. The questionnaire involves 672 teachers in Tainan county / city and the self-compiled “Questionnaire on the Essence of Family Education Curriculum and the Strategies in Junior High Schools of Tainan County / City.” All data from investigation will be analyzed and discussed by some traditional means such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one way analysis of variance, Scheffe’ and then induce to get conclusions and offer advice. I. Here are conclusions from discussion on literature and questionnaire investigation: (I) The teachers agree family education curriculum may display its function; The biggest function of family education curriculum is that students can progress in establishing a better relationship with their family members. (II)The teachers generally affirmed the function of the family education curriculum,but the teachers of different ages and service have obviously different opinions on the function of family education;the elder teachers affirm the school family education more highly than the young teachers. (III)The teachers generally think the essence of family education is very important ;the essence is arranged in order of importance is "family ethics"、"the development of the human and sex"、the relationship of the family and the family members”、”the management of the family resource”、”the interaction of the family members ”and “the family and the society.” (IV)The teachers generally think the essence of family education is very important,but the teachers of different sexes have obviously different opinions of family education essence. The female teachers affirm the school family education more highly than the male teachers;the teachers of different ages have obviously different opinions on the essence about “the family and the family member" of family education. (V) The teachers generally think the feasible strategies of promoting family education optimistically. The feasibility of “activity strategy” is considered high. The feasibility of "The administration strategy" is thought lowest, and it indicates that the school doesn’t carry out the plan of family education positively. The teachers have not had the specialized knowledge about family education , and that is why the feasibility of “ teaching strategy” is also thought low. (VI) The teachers generally think the feasible strategies of promoting family education optimistically, but the teachers of different ages and different marital status have obviously different opinions on implementation strategies of family education. The old teachers comparatively think the family education in school take effect. The unmarried teachers think comparatively think the feasibility of" activity strategies" is high. II Here’s some advice according to the above conclusions: Administration in schools (I) Build the atmosphere of the friendly ”administration team” and invite the entire school colleague to carry our the family education together and build the main atmosphere of family education campus. (II) Principal should show positively the influence of the curriculum leadership at the right moment. (III) The community family education should be realized by the school, and then the family and the community hand in hand together can educate "our children." (IV) Organize the book club about family education. Teachers in schools (I) The family values should be integrated into the Integrative Activities appropriately so as to raise the students’ ability and enrich his/her experience of life, enable the learning subjects to carry out in the life. (II) The essence of family education curriculum should conform to the demands of the students’ mind and body development. (III) The contents of the family education should be integrated into seven curriculum areas appropriately: (IV) Facing the curriculum integration and fast changing society, the teachers need to promote their own professional development, update the subject content, rebuild the professional development image. Local education department (I) Conclude teachers’ requires for all kinds of research and studying , lay out periodic curriculum and develop local standard family education characteristics. (II) Arrange multi-manners of research and curriculum content combining resource of different field. Centre education department (I) Strengthen the association three universities "family education research" study, and develop the family education curriculum and implementation strategies. (II) Unite the media dissemination to the family education and arouse everyone to emphasize the family education.
