Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 物理學系 === 96 === In this paper, a dual-band RDRA with inserted a slit be can be obtained. The ceramic dielectric resonator used in antenna applications has become very popular due to many advantages such as high dielectric constant, high quality factor, small size, simple structure, higher radiation efficiency. Dielectric resonant (DR) with inserted slit is found that broadband and dual-band operation can be achieved by the perturbation of air gap. According to the design of this antenna, we can adjust the length or the wide of the slit or decrease the dielectric constant to produce a dual-band rectangular dielectric resonator antenna which covers GSM1800/IEEE 802.11b/g or WLAN 2.4 GHz/WiMAX 2.5GHz + / 3.5 GHz WiMAX or UMTS 1920~2170 MHz / WiMAX 3.5 GHz. It is verified bye HFSS simulation, be with the design specifications or expected of the best results.
