Abstract This research primarily is focus on both the teaches effect for the schoolchildren day-care teaches as well as comparing their effect with different background for the elementary school schoolchildren day-care in Kaohsiung City. The final purpose of this paper including: 1.0 To understand the efficiency for the work of the schoolchildren day-care in elementary school. 2.0 To study the working efficiency for the day-care teacher with different background in the elementary school school children day-care. 3.0 Provide research conclusion and suggestion to the related organization and any person who is interested. The study of this paper is base on adoption questionnaire survey. Total 550-questionnaire survey sample were given to the day-care teacher for the elementary school school children in Kaohsiung City as study sampling scope. Recall a valid questionnaire of 504, valid rate of the sample recall gains data for 97.69% with the description covariance, independent sample t test, single factor variation count analysis, etc. statistics method carry on the analysis of covariance. Analyzed by covariance, the study is come to the conclusion as follows: 1.0 Kaohsiung City elementary school school-children day-care teacher perform in a very good manner. 2.0 The school-children day-care tutoring course is score highest among works for this study. 3.0 Day-care teacher with different background have notable difference on its perform work. According to the conclusion, put forth a following suggestion: 1.0 The course for elementary school school-children day-care shall consider both children’s intelligence, physique, society and emotion development. 2.0 Improve the alacrity and interesting in the classroom space. 3.0 Strengthen the physical health of the children to develop the demanding dynamic state for their outdoor activity. 4.0 Day-care teach shall participate in training and continuing education to improve his/her every day work 楊國德 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 119 zh-TW
