Then provide the research results and suggestions to the related organization and staff as guide lines. This research results were based on surveys, and sampled from staff who work at cram schools in Kaohsiung both city and county. This research organized「Survey of the Relations of Leadership and Executive Abilities of Cram Schools Owners in Kaohsiung City and County」as the research tool. The survey includes three main parts: First part is 「Personal information」, second part: 「Leadership percentage form」, the third part: 「Executive ability percentage from」. 800 formal surveys were given out, and returned with 677 copies. Effective returned copies were 84.6%. All information were analyzed by Descriptive statisticsanalysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and two-way ANOVA were applied to test thehypotheses. The conclusion and suggestions were as followingThrough this research the results are as follow: 1. The awareness in owner leadership of cram school employees in Kaohsiung city and county is mediocre. 2. The Executive ability of cram school employees in Kaohsiung city and county that the degree is medium。 3. Different gender, specialized field, marriage statute、the number of staff in cram school are aware of the difference of owner’s leadership. 4. Different gender, the numbers of staff in cram school are aware of the difference of owner’s executive ability. 5. School employees with different social background and different leading style are reciprocation; the testers with different leading style have obvious differences on executive abilities. Based on the conclusions and provide the suggestions below: 1. Advices to the owners of Cram Schools 1. Choose the best leading style and create a great working environment. 2. Build up an appropriate shifting system, and adjust employees working contents to increase the interaction between staffs. 3. Create a cram school with executive ability. 4. Build up the concept of information sharing system, and exchanging information with positive attitudes amount the same trade. 2. Advices to the employees of cram school 1. Build up great working attitudes. 2. Upgrading self profession ability 3. Advices to future studies 1. Develop better survey with deep interview, focus on groups. 2. Use to discuss the situation of different background awareness, leading ship and executive ability. 3.
