Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 96 === The Study of The Life Styles and Social Self-Efficacy of Heterosexual Interaction of Unmarried Female Teachers Graduate Institute of Adult Education of National Kaohsiung Normal University Student:LinLiu, Jenyi Professor:Dr.Yu, Ping Abstract The purpose of this study was to understand the life styles and social self-efficacy of heterosexual interaction of unmarried female teachers. The study adopts the method of questionnaire survey, selecting unmarried female teachers of 38 elementary schools in Kaohsiung City. 400 questionnaires are delivered and 368 acceptable questionnaires are collected. The instrument is the self-designed “The life styles and social self-efficacy of heterosexual interaction of unmarried female teachers questionnaire”. Frequent distribution, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’, Pearson product-moment correlation, and cluster analysis are applied to conduct the gathered data. Significant findings are as follows: 1. In six life styles, unmarried female teachers are mostly inclined to “Home independent style”, the second are “Study orientated style” and “Profession planed style”, and the last is “Happy marriage style”. 2. Unmarried female teachers are divided into two groups: “Positive vigor” and “feels at ease whatever the circumstance is”. 3. The heterosexual interaction of unmarried female teachers is neither nervous and shy nor positive. 4. Unmarried female teachers with different education degree and living environment are not significant in terms of life styles and social self-efficacy of heterosexual interaction. 5. “Under 29 year-old” and “The period of service are less” unmarried female teachers are mostly inclined to “Study orientated style”, “Popular fashion style”, “Home independent style” and “Active public relations style”. Moreover,they have higher social self-efficacy of heterosexual interaction than the “under 35 year-old” and “The period of service is longer” ones. 6. Unmarried female teachers with stable heterosexual relationship and unmarried female teachers with frequent heterosexual interaction are mostly inclined to “Study orientated style”, “Popular fashion style”, “Happy marriage style”, “Active public relations style”. Moreover,they have higher social self-efficacy of heterosexual interaction. 7. Unmarried female teachers with experiences of arranged association, by internet, relatives, friends, colleagues or classmates, with males have higher social self-efficacy of heterosexual interaction. 8. There was a significant positive correlation between life styles of unmarried female teachers with “Study orientated style” and “Active public relations style” and social self-efficacy of heterosexual interaction. 9. Unmarried female teachers of “positive vigor” group have higher social self-efficacy of heterosexual interaction than the ones of “feels at ease whatever the circumstance is” group.
