spelling ndltd-TW-096NKNU51420032016-11-10T16:04:36Z http://ndltd.ncl.edu.tw/handle/82278149227431992470 The relationships between service learning and life satisfaction of 高雄市國民小學志工服務學習與生活滿意度 Chu,Wen-ching 朱文慶 碩士 國立高雄師範大學 成人教育研究所 96 摘 要 本研究旨在探討國民小學志工的服務學習與生活滿意度之間的關係,藉由相關文獻的析論及問卷的施測,瞭解目前國民小學志工對服務學習與生活滿意度的知覺與感受情形,以作為推動國民小學志工經營管理之參考。 本研究採用問卷調查法,首先,係蒐集服務學習和生活滿意度的相關文獻,加以探討分析,以作為本研究理論及架構的基礎,然後根據文獻探討結果編製「高雄市國民小學志工服務學習與生活滿意度調查問卷」,作為本研究實證調查的研究工具,並以高雄市公立國民小學志工為母群體,採分層隨機取樣的分式,共計抽取525位志工,進行調查。調查結果經由t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關及逐步多元迴歸等統計方法,加以處理分析。 本研究得到的結論如下: 一、 高雄市國民小學志工對服務學習的理念有高度的認同,且以「正確的服務學習觀」的認同程度最高 二、 高雄市國民小學志工對生活滿意度的現況感受非常良好,且在「社會互動」的感受程度上最高 三、 教育程度高中職、年齡31歲以上、具有志工服務證的高雄市國民小學志工,對服務學習具有較強的認同感。 四、 女性、教育程度高中職、年齡31歲以上、具有志工服務證的高雄市國民小學志工,對生活滿意度的感受程度最佳。 五、 國民小學志工的服務學習與生活滿意度整體和各分層面具有顯著正相關。 六、 國民小學志工的整體服務學習觀對生活滿意度的整體和各分層面最具解釋力。 依據本研究文獻探討、研究目的與結論,提出以下建議: 一、國民小學應重視志工服務證制度的建立,來強化志工服務學習的理念。 二、國民小學應鼓勵及協助辦理志工團的內部活動,強化人員之間的交流互動。 三、國民小學應重視志工團的運作目標,強化服務學習對學校、社區和家庭的重要性。 四、國民小學應重視志工團成員服務學習的深化,以促進整體生活滿意度的提升。 五、國民小學志工應善用個人正確理念,影響更多的人共同參與服務學習的工作。 六、國民小學志工應強化個人愉悅的服務學習心境,提昇個人對生活的滿意度。 七、國民小學志工可主動參與學習團體,增廣個人見聞,協助個人對生活滿意度的重新思考。 關鍵字:志工、服務學習、生活滿意度 The relationships between service learning and life satisfaction of elementary school volunteers in Kaohsiung City Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between service learning and life satisfaction of elementary school volunteers. It particularly aimed to understand their perceptions of service learning and life satisfaction in the hope to be the basis of the future management of elementary school voluntary service. Quantitative method was used for data collection through questionnaires. The research sampling frame was all the public elementary school volunteers in Kaohsiung. The selection of research subjects was conducted using the stratified sampling technique and 525 volunteers were selected. The statistical methods used for data analysis were the t-test, ANOVA, correlation and the multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Volunteers had high recognition in average regarding the conception of service learning and most highly recognized the ‘right service learning perspective’. 2. Volunteers had high life satisfaction and were most satisfied with social interaction. 3. Volunteers with Volunteer Service Card who were 31 years old or above and senior high school graduated had stronger recognition about service learning. 4. Volunteers with Volunteer Service Card who were female, 31 years old or above and senior high school graduated had the highest-level life satisfaction. 5. There was a positive relationship between service learning and life satisfaction of elementary school volunteers and the variables of service learning were explanatory to life satisfaction. Based on the research findings, recommendations were made as follows: 1. Elementary schools should focus on the establishment of volunteer service card system to enhance the conception of volunteer service learning. 2. Elementary schools need to encourage and help volunteers hold activities that are able to enhance their interactions. 3. Elementary schools should highlight the objectives of administering the voluntary service to enhance the importance of service learning to families, schools, and the community. 4. Elementary schools should put more efforts on service learning of volunteers in the help to improve their life satisfaction. 5. Volunteers should use their values and conception to convincingly invite more residents to participate in service learning work. 6. Volunteers need to enhance the delighted attitudes toward service learning to improve their life satisfaction. 7. Individual volunteers can actively participate in learning groups to widen personal knowledge on one hand and assist with the rethinking of life satisfaction on the other.
