For the germination rates of seeds, there was slight inhibition if BionA, B. subtilis Y1336, B. subtilis Y1336+BionA were used to treat tomato, while it had better effect to use BionA and B. subtilis Y1336+BionA to treat papaya. It obtained best effect if B. subtilis Y1336 used on cabbage. There was a little enhancement if B. subtilis Y1336+BionA were used on rice. It had shown inhibition on watermelon when B. subtilis Y1336+BionA were used. For radish, B. subtilis Y1336 had significant enhancement effect. B. subtilis Y1336 had slight enhancement on bitter gourd, and BionA and B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had inhibition effect. B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had inhibition effect on cucumber, while BionA and B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had significant enhancement on Chinese cabbage. The effectiveness of four different treatments to stem length indicated that Chinese cabbage had best effect with B. subtilis Y1336, and B. subtilis Y1336 and B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had little enhancement effect on radish. B. subtilis Y1336 had significant enhancement on the growth of melon, while B. subtilis Y1336 and B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had significant enhancement effect on cucumber. B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had significant enhancement effect on bitter gourd, BionA and B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had significant enhancement effect on watermelon. B. subtilis Y1336, BionA, and B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had significant enhancement effect on rice, B. subtilis Y1336 had significant enhancement effect on papaya, B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had significant enhancement effect on tomato, while B. subtilis Y1336 had significant enhancement effect on cabbage. The effect on the roots growth indicated that B. subtilis Y1336 had significant enhancement on melon and Chinese cabbage, while B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had significant enhancement effect on radish. B. subtilis Y1336 and B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had significant enhancement effect on papaya, while B. subtilis Y1336 had significant enhancement effect on cucumber. BionA and B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had significant enhancement effect on tomato, B. subtilis Y1336 had significant enhancement effect on cabbage. BionA, B. subtilis Y1336 and B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had significant enhancement effect on rice. BionA, B. subtilis Y1336 and B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had significant enhancement effect on watermelon. For the effect on diseases control, all three agents showed to be able to delay the symptom of Papaya ringspot virus, while B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had better diseases control on Black rot of the cabbage, Powdery mildew of the papaya and cucumber. The effect on post-harvest of fruit and flower, B. subtilis Y1336 had best effect on control of Anthracnose and Black rot of the wax fruit, and B. subtilis Y1336+BionA had best control on Anthracnose of papaya. The effectivenss of three treatments to the vase life of lily and rose indicated that B. subtilis Y1336 and BionA had no effect on extension of the preservation period for both lily and rose.
