Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 96 === The purpose of this study is to probe into the utility of information technology integrated instruction in case school. The administrative strategy was proposed based on the data collected through interviewing teachers and scrutinizing their teaching behaviors. In the mean time, I investigated teacher’s alteration on teaching behavior and elevation on information ability caused by information integrated instruction. Based on above information, I proposed the following strategies for case school: (1) Developing a supportive administration - including, seeking for the support in and out of the school, searching for sustainable funding resource, and set up a practical plan (2) Hosting seminars – helping to built up teacher’s abilities on information technology and (3) Setting up a sympathetic system – assisting teacher to solve the problem and establishing evaluation and feedback mechanism. This study successfully elevated teacher’s ability on briefing of teaching material and skill on homopage construction. In addition, such elevation did not show any discrepancy between different groups of sexs, ages, seniority, and background.
