He chooses three class at six grade in his school, proceeds teaching action in cooperactive learning one unit per two-month. He collects the related data by use of observation at classroom, sound recording, videoing, visiting, teacher’s daily study record, student’s daily learning record and learning paper. From the process of action and heart-researching can unceasingly improve his own teaching and promote student’s learning interest and efficiency. The data collection and analyzing find as the following: A. In terms of feasibility and suitability for inspiring multiple intelligences in the course of science and technology at six grade in elementary school are STAD grouping. B. It can improve students’ ability of expression, communication and sharing in the activity of the cooperative learning. C. Self-grouped is more beneficial than teacher-appointed groups in terms of student interactivity for cooperative learning. D. The cooperative learning could enhance the students’ learning motivation, be contributive to students’ discipline knowledge learning, and progress in school work achievements. E. During the process of the action research, the researcher constantly reflection himself can improve professiona teaching. Keywords: Cooperative learning, Action research, Professional development.
