To establish the model of evaluating the operational performance can help managers to assess and understand the management status of the retailing chain stores and further find its weak points and disadvantages.
This paper explores the retailing chain stores business performance in Taiwan. This paper collected performance criteria of evaluating benchmark and utilized VIKOR to analyze the performance evaluation of 29 stores of retailing chain stores in 2006. The AHP is used to find the weight of each criteria when VIKOR is applied to calculate the order of retailing chain stores. The results of this study the benchmark for trade circle store operating environment a long time, business strategy and customer intelligence accumulated many successful and fixed source, in both legislation on the comparative advantages and can be used as the principle of learning to other stores.
