Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 行銷與流通管理所 === 96 === This article discussed the antecedents and consequences of work‐family conflict of franchising copreneurs in marketing channel which is based on the integrated systems perspective of the relationship between the work and family from the family business researchers. The results indicated that the level of work‐family conflicts and family conflicts of individual franchisees would arise when confronting positions exist between franchisors and franchisees; the level of work‐family conflicts of individual franchisees decline when the high degree match in personal characteristics inputted from franchising copreneurs. Furthermore, high work‐family conflicts of individual leads to low quality of life while the quality of life is the motivation of franchising copreneurs. Therefore, this research suggest that it cannot be ignored the problems of “operational level” besides considering about the strategy of “corporate‐level”. To put it differently is that in order to keep the motivation suitably and minimize the post‐event transaction cost, it has to take into account of the marriage and life of franchisees.
