Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程所 === 96 === This study focuses on the part of non-symmetric (cross section 3:1, aspect ratio 2:1) , and employs different carbonized condition modes to perform distortion analysis , and investigate the distortion norms to look for the optimum heat-treatment condition modes to effectively control the distortion degrees of part and to solve the production problems.
The research results show , when carbonized temperature , carbon concentration, quenching oil temperature, and stirring speed are controlled , the carbonized temper- ature is the main factor to influence distortion. Distortion degree decrease when the temperature becomes lower . The filling methods of vertical are more controllable than the methods of horizontal . The consequent conditions are mainly of vertical. The distortion variability difference between inner/ outer diameters and perpendicularity distortion is minor . The distortion degree tends to shrink . However , the over pins of internal spline gear has significant difference . The thicker of part is somewhat deformed . The thinner part is more obviously deformed . Furthermore, the surface of internal spline gaer coated with anti-carburizer hinders the permeability of carbons. During the carbonized quenching, the phase traneformation stress cannot easily result in the volume change . The effect of thermal stress is therefore preserved in the inner diameter areas . The distortion degree tends to decrease and the stress release during pre-treatment also significantly reduces the distortion degree.
