The main reason is that not many manufacturers qualified the type examination, which distract the buyers to consume from other countries. The purpose of this research is to take LED’s advantages to renovate a new flameproof LED lamps achieve the type examination. According to the Laborer Safety Sanitation Facilities Regulaton, the machines and equipments used in flammable and explosive environment should build up the explosion-proof electrical structure, and should be qualified type examination. The lamps are the essential equipments in manufactures, if the concerned safety of lamps were neglected, they might cost the unexpected lost. Compare to the traditional lamps. LED lamps get more advantages such as practise economy on electricity, longer life, and mini-size. Therefore, LED will be the trend which applied the the luminaries business. The experiments show that the internal structure of the lamp can endure 0.41Mpa explosion pressure, and the surface can endure 0.71J concussion. However, the crack on the lathe of thread caused the flame lick through the surface of the lamps. This research will discuss the strategies to improve and renovate the LED lamps.
