Electrostatic often accompanied by a variety of operations and a potential source of hazards in process factory. Because of limited understanding of causes and elimination, it caused many thermal explosion and runaway reaction in recent years. Stuff transportation and powder transportation are the largest percentage hazards of process plants. Serious explosions and fires caused by static ignition continue to plague. Cause personnel and property loss in the factory. The results showed that acrylonitrile - styrene copolymer (SAN particles) and acrylonitrile - butadiene- styrene copolymer (ABS particles) transported product of very small potential in the galvanized pipe. But ABS particles obviously greater than SAN particles transported product of potential in the PVC pipe. Although under the environment of high humidity and low flow, acrylonitrile - butadiene- styrene copolymer (ABS powder) transported product of more than 100,000 volts. Conclusion that SAN particles and ABS particles propose using galvanized pipe to transportation. Safety managed controls the flow under 10 g/s and speed under 15 m/s transported in the PVC pipe. ABS powder is smaller of flow and speed in the PVC pipe.
