The formation of the open source software team has become very important to write software of the organizations. However, the past little in-depth study of the effects of open-source software development team of factors. Therefore, this study through the "absorptive capacity ", "expertise integration", and other factors, as the main core of this study theory,to develop a corresponding theoretical framework as well as on the open-source software development team input (OSS team input), output (OSS team output) caused by the effects of which the relationship between them and verify it. To ensure the extent and validity of the extent,we use most of the existing literature at home and abroad have been used to develop future of the volume table; if there is not the appropriate volume measurement items, then we set the definition of the construct and used some management literature, and to please Laws that of the scholars, to archive the expert validity for questionnaire. This study used PLS (partial least square) for the model analysis to execute statistics multivariate analysis methods. The results showed that the "absorptive capacity", "expertise integration" and so on, make a positive impact on the open-source software development team input and output. "Absorptive capacity" also makes a positive impact on "expertise integration"; And "expertise integration" vs the "open-source software output" , where the explanation is too low, so the hypothesis is not supported. This study further used "technical complexity" of the whole model of the main effects and interfere with the test results, to see impact of open-source software development team of factors have an impact on whether or interference effects.
