| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理所 === 96 === IThome investigated Taiwan''s large enterprises IT budget in 2007, 73.9% of the large-scale enterprises compiled IT budget regularly. IT budget grew up 6% in 2007, because enterprise’s scale grew up continuously to make their capital expansion, and invested in constructing large-scale application project. There are 29% of the enterprises, its IT budget increases to some extent, 11% of the enterprises reduce IT budget, and balanced budget of enterprises accounted for 60%. This shows IT investment budget has already become a part of enterprise''s important expenditure, the relevant research topic of making the IT investment can''t already ignore.
This research main investigates relationship of importance attachment of information technologies for Enterprises, cost, risk, IT investment evaluation and benefits realization methodologies. Research object is adopting IT/IS companies. It uses questionnaire method to collect data. The total recovery is 129 valid questionnaires. It uses Structure Equation Model to analysis data, examines every parameter of Reliability, Validity, Internal Consistency, Convergent Validity, Discriminate Validity and Path Coefficients. The result of study shows enterprises invest in IT/IS of different functions, this make them have different importance attachment of information technologies. Enterprises will possible adopt different strategies in investment project. Cost and risk factor will also impact on enterprises IT practices. For more attention to the enterprise of IT, they adopt investment evaluation methodologies and benefits realization methodologies more rigorous, and devote to succeed IT investment project. Enterprises effective use investment evaluation methodologies and benefits realization methodologies will help them to derive IT/IS benefits.
