Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理所 === 96 === This paper integrates perspectives of economics and sociology by agency theory, social exchange theory and social capital theory to construct a model for investigating the impact factors of individual knowledge sharing behavior in organization. A questionnaire is adopted for data collection and then structure equation model was applied to analyze the data. The results indicate that knowledge providers’ perceptions of goal conflict and Self-interest decrease their perceptions of implicit contract of knowledge sharing. Knowledge providers’ perceptions of risk averse significantly increase their perceptions of implicit contract of knowledge sharing. Attractiveness, communication, reciprocity, social interaction ties, shared vision and implicit contract perceived by knowledge providers significantly increase their trust. In addition, knowledge providers’ perceptions of trust significantly increase their quality and quantity of knowledge sharing. Finally, knowledge providers’ perceptions of information asymmetry do not influence their perceptions of implicit contract of knowledge sharing.
