However, few past studies focused on the influence factors of imtermediate effect and overall benefit when implement ERP. Besides, how about the different KM styles in different degree of the ERP benefit or not ? This aspect also inquires into less. Therefore, this research will study the relationship between intermediate effect and overall ERP benefit according to each KM styles in the firms that have implemented ERP. The purpose of this research is to describe a model which has influence on effects of ERP implement.By the difference of KM styles examing the difference of effects of enterprise which was under fitness of information processing mechanism and organizational situations. KM styles are divided into dynamic, system-oriented, human-oriented, and passive four categories based on explicit-oriented and tacit-oriented perspectives. The two important factors which affect to the fit are interdependence and differentiation. According to the viewpoint that interdependence more high and different more low then the fit between information processing mechanism and organizational situations more high, we can exam the influencece of various organizations, internal environments, and intermediate effects in different KM styles. This research was carried out by questionnaires over 1000 large manufacturers, and yield 156 ones in the end. The analysis shows that: (1)、The dynamic and system-oriented styles organization is found to result in better overall ERP benefits. (2)、The human-oriented styles organization, which internal environment factors positive results to intermediate ERP benefits. (3)、Greater data quality is associated with greater ERP overall benefits. However, passive and human-oriented styles do not approve, and dynamic and system-oriented styles support this standpoint severely. S.W. Chou 周斯畏 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 77 zh-TW
