With good organizational innovation climate, the company could enhance their competition as well. Therefore, in order to maintain competitive advantage in the industry, the company has to encourage the intrapreneur to drive the organization or reformation of new resources. According to the literature, the goal of this study is to discuss the relation between organization innovation climate and intrapreneurship intention, and also to discuss moderating effects on this relation after acceding to staffs’ geographic variable. Based on the theory of organizational innovation climate of Amabile (1996) and the theory of intrapreneurship intention of Krueger (2000), this questionnaire is set up through interview and the scholar proposed meter。The target object of this study are companies which provide intrapreneur the intrapreneurship mechanism in Taiwan; the number of effective questionnaires are 308 copies. Statistically, this study used t-test and ANOVA to examine the diversity of organization innovation climate and intrapreneurship intention from different staff; Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis are examined the connection and anticipation of the organization innovation climate towards intrapreneurship intention (organization Encouragement、supervisory encouragement、support of teamwork and work freedom), and then used regression analysis to examine the Moderating Effects of the geographic variables between the organization innovation climate and intrapreneurship intention. Research results are:Organization innovation climate is positively correlated to intrapreneurship intention, and difference of staff has significantly moderating effect on the relation between organization innovation climate and intrapreneurship intention. Besides, the staff supervisory encouragement、work team support and work freedom of the organization innovation climate is anticipate to the intrapreneurship intention; however, the organization encourages is not anticipate to the intrapreneurship intention. In brief, we suggest that the company should:(1) Establish reward graduation system (2) diversify intrapreneurship. Finally, relevant research restrain from and follow-up research and propose discussion and suggestion to research this too.
