Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄海洋科技大學 === 輪機工程研究所 === 96 === The objective of present study is to analyze a well-established research code for chemically reacting flows. In this code, turbulent combusting flows are simulated by a finite volume procedure, which can be categorized into three parts: combustion process, flow field and droplet movement. These procedures are carefully analyzed with their associate numerical treatments. 3D Side-dump inlet combustor of one test problems with different flow characteristics are calculated to verify the present formulation. It is shown, from the adopted governing equations, numerical methodologies and computational results, the present analysis can be employed as a designing tool for advanced propulsion system.
