This paper establishes a database to store propeller design and measurement data and generate production report. The software is GUI-based, which provides functionalities such as measuring surface coordinates, comparing the measured data with the original design by curve fitting. It also shows the position and the magnitude of manufacturing inaccuracy as the basis to improve manufacturing accuracy and to reach designed quality class.
