Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄海洋科技大學 === 海洋工程科技研究所 === 96 === The purpose of this paper is to develop application software for propeller quality-control automation-to reach fast examination, reduce the use of human resource and possibility of human error, and increase the accuracy of propeller manufacturing. This paper establishes a database to store propeller design and measurement data and generate production report. The software is GUI-based, which provides functionalities such as measuring surface coordinates, comparing the measured data with the original design by curve fitting. It also shows the position and the magnitude of manufacturing inaccuracy as the basis to improve manufacturing accuracy and to reach designed quality class.
