| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 建築與永續規劃研究所碩士班 === 96 === In the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry, we have to produce and
accumulate each kind of the building information. Which are come from the original concept
design phase to the last management phase. The core knowledge of construction project's
transmission is mainly depending on "the graph" and "the information". They are both the
way that we use to describe the building. Along with builds scale of the industrial to increase
and complication of the overhead construction, the "Information Management" becomes the
necessary way that resolves the problem. Therefore has been efficiency of way of promotion
industry by the computer information management inevitably. However at present builds
information of technology application, the construction process the industrial all not from the
whole consideration information transmission and the sharing demand of, this is builds in the
special case project to produce “Lost of Information over the Project Lifecycle".
In order to effectively promotes to build potency of the special case whole, solves situation of
the information adverse current, this research will use the "Building Information Modeling"
(BIM) to induct actual builds flow of the special case, take the "Value" and the "Parameter" as
the main concept, will continue to provide the immediate special case information, including
information and so on design, management, detailed list of specifications and cost,
maintenance special case information high quality, reliability and coordinated ability.
After inducts the " Building Information Modeling (BIM)", may the integrity present and
explanation design concept and the construction achievement before the construction, with
ease carries on the survey and the estimate work, but question of the effective addressing
information adverse current, and may assist to build the staff effective palm to control the
overall special case information. Promotes the local AEC industry competitive ability, to
connect with the whole world and continues sustainable development.
