How to promote the quality of old people security and enhance service measures are more and more important.Taiwan population structure has ageing very quickly. After decade,we have to face a new population decline generation,and this will become a most important issue that influence Taiwan in the future.Last year,Taiwan human fertility merely 1.12%. And Taiwan old person population ratio from 10% to 20% only take twenty years by predict.This research is mainly topical subject in old people security organization , confer the current situation of the old people security organization management,and the importment policy decision of organization management poly. 　　 　　From the result of the research,old people security organization managements in changhua county,except government establish,other folk establishments operate diligently.Old people security organization is in the service of the old ,so it''s differently from usual corporation to engage in making profit. Except discipline training,it''s needs more concern,more time and affection.And what you invest in will take a long period of time to recycle .It''s a permanent career! 　　 　　Of course,the managers are in accordance with "to take care of one''s own aged parents first and then extend the same care to the aged people in general" to operate n0on-profit management. Many question is in the low ,and it''s will increase capitalized cost.So government should be release more resources,and modify related lows.Let manager more space to develop,and solved the old question by civil and non-profit organization.Government is in the guidance and assistance situation,let the old organization develop forever.
