The researcher randomly selected 17 samples as the experiment group, adopting the concept of web-based virtual training workshop as the learning method. The remaining 16 samples were assigned to the control group, maintaining the traditional learning style. Both groups carried out a period of eight weeks (5 hours per week) experimental education simultaneously. This research uses a quasi-experiment research design. The dependent variables include the Cognitive Assessment of Electrical Pneumatics, achievement in Skill of Electrical Pneumatics and Self-Efficacy Scale of Skill. Its independent variable is the teaching method. For the research information, the researcher used such statistical methods as Paired Samples T Test or Single Factor ANOVA to perform the test. With the analysis of Single Factor ANOVA, counseling information and the learning process records, the result indicated that 1) Experiment group performed better on the total score in Self-Efficacy Scale of Skill and the construction of Drive and Pressure than the control group. Especially, the performance had shown a significant result on low achievement students. 2) Performance of experiment group showed no significant difference on Cognitive Assessment of Electrical Pneumatics. 3) Experiment group performed better on the skill of Electrical Pneumatics Control Loop and the speed of finishing the learning tasks than the control group. Especially, the performance had shown a significant result on low achievement students. 4) Most students had maintained a positive attitude towards this Web-based Virtual Training Workshop. They are engage in attending the workshop. According to the research findings and conclusions, the researcher provided some suggestions to the practicum courses of vocational high school program and the future researchers for reference. 劉明洲 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 154 zh-TW
