Today the elementary school students have low fitness on the average, and the space for action is decreased by the school plans, so the rope jumping is very popular in the elementary school. This research provided the detail skills of rope jumping. Senior twenty students of Song Lin elementary school in Hsin Chu Country participated in the study, which was divided into ten persons of familiar and unfamiliar, using three types of jump rope’s frequency(60 turns/min、100turns/min、140 turns/min). To use the CPL high-speed video to shoot(120Hz)and Kwon 3D(Filter frequencies:6 Hz)to analyze these data. The study adapted t-test and repeated one-way ANOVA analyze the result, and after it will use Fisher’s Lsd to compare these data. The result were as follows: 1. In「Start jumping timing」way, familiar and unfamiliar achieved difference significantly . The start jumping timing of 100 turns/min and 140 turns/min didn’t achieve difference significantly. 2. In「Landing leg joint angle」way, comparing the familiar and unfamiliar of receiving period, only the hip achieved difference significantly; comparing the familiar and unfamiliar of different frequency of receiving period, the hip and knee achieved difference significantly, but not the ankle. Comparing the familiar and unfamiliar of landing period, only in 100 turns/min achieved difference significantly; Comparing the familiar and unfamiliar of different frequency of landing period, the hip of familiar didn’t achieve difference significantly, but the other else. 3.
