An experiment for validating this study was randomly arranged in two groups: an experimental group and a controlling group from four classes of the fifth-grade elementary school students in Tai-chung City. The experimental group was instructed by the materials of “the internet-assisted teaching for the course of Alien Species” (internet-assisted teaching ) while the controlling group was instructed by the regular teaching materials (regular teaching). Three learning scales namely knowledge scale, attitude scale and behavior scale were applied to examine students’ study achievement. According to the data analysis, there were several findings summarized as following: 1. Both internet-assisted teaching and regular teaching generally improved students’ three learning scales for being possessed of alien species. Furthermore, internet-assisted teaching is better than regular teaching. 2. Internet-assisted teaching does not cause different learning-effect of students whose backgrounds are various.
