Besides the national interest, what would make the UK challenge the risk of loosing the battle and let it mobilize its naval fleet to the battle field in the distance of 8,000 miles? Therefore, this study aimed to search for the turning point of crisis through related theories of crisis management and took concrete actions to reduce the occurring probability of crisis. The forming crisis and management state were applied to probe into the deficiency in crisis management of both the UK and Argentina to see if this conflict could have been avoided. The importance of crisis management to the national security can be proven from the consequence of the war. The findings of this study are listed as follows: 1. The application of crisis management ought to be introduced to the safeguard national security 2. Control over critical points is the key when a decision-maker faces a crisis management 3.
