Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防管理學院 === 國防資訊研究所 === 96 === With the arrival of the knowledge economy, knowledge management (KM) has become the key means for a firm advantage and growth. Knowledge is attributed to an intangible asset and a firm puts attention towards managing business knowledge effectively. By using information technology (IT) efficiently to conduct the activities of KM (e.g. capture, classification, dissemination, and creation) appropriately, a firm can enable the development of business environment and improve the competitive advantage of an organization. Most scholars have acknowledged that KM is a hot issue for academic research and development. The domain of KM is classified into a variety of issues through the method of subjective induction, multidimensional scaling (MDS), or factor analysis. However, few studies place attention on exploring the KM issues by using the informetrics method (e.g. co-word analysis). Besides, this study intends to construct a dynamic KM research network by means of using the concept of social network analysis (SNA). Two important findings are shown in this study. First, the research issues of KM including organizational culture and knowledge sharing are revealed as essential domains through clustering related keywords and the research tendency of KM are appeared with the tool of a strategic map. Second, SNA is an effective method to construct KM research network and core issues.
