Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防管理學院 === 國防資訊研究所 === 96 === This study proposes a feedback-based IP time token differentiated service queueing scheme (FIPTT). The FIPTT scheme tries to solve some issues about the IP time token differentiated service queueing scheme (IPTT). The some issues caused by the IPTT include that available backbone bandwidth resource cannot be used by IP applications with a lower packet transmission priority and too many time tokens are available for IP applications. The FIPTT scheme bases on an utilization situation about backbone bandwidth among IP applications to feedback the FIPTT scheme. The FIPTT scheme depends on the feedback information to adjust time token settings of IP applications. With the changed time token settings, better bandwidth utilization and packet transmission performance among IP applications can be achieved.
