Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 環境政策研究所 === 96 === The purpose of this study is to explore the cement plant of heavy metal exposure assessment in the health condition . Study objective: (1.) To collect the relative researche results for the exposure assessment database information. (2.) To understand the factors of how the cement plant factories influence the environment and inhabitant health. (3.) To provide the exposure risk management intervention for cement plant and the government management. Methodologies : (1.) Using appropriate health risk assessments , exposure assessment questions, and evaluation results for the heavy metal exposure, which are applied to current study. (2.) Based on the assessment results, calculation of ing the exposure doses in the receptor body and comparisons of the research results between Taiwan and other countries, we develop a model to understand the impact of cement plan population on the environment and inhabitant health. (3.) Using the results of hypothetical situations to predict the heavy metal exposure in the different environmental areas and body receptors (4) Base on the results of hypothetical situations to understand the impact of the impact of cement plan population on the environment and inhabitant health. (4). Results:(1) the As , Hg, Pb are the exposure sources in the air , and the important exposure way of those sources is outdoor breathing (2) the As and Pb have the most influence on adult induce tand to acquire cancer in residential areas. One of the ways for the adults to acquire the As , Hg, Pb heavy metal is throughskin touch. For the children, they intake the As , Hg, Pb heavy metal via agrologic food in residential areas. In sum, this study provides more correct data on As , Hg, Pb exposure sources in the deferent environmental areas and exposure ways for the cement plants and government to implement exposure risk management.
