碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 觀光暨遊憩管理研究所 === 96 === Past research have tried to discover the motivation of sport games spectators, but research which concern about nationalism motivation are lacked. The purpose of this study is to see if nationalism can be one of the motivations of Chien-Ming Wang games spectating behavior, and to investigate the degree of four motivations: interesting of baseball, interesting of player, national pride and game quality, of National Dong Hwa University college students, and their degree of emotional attachment and attitude loyalty to Chien-Ming Wang. The outcome imply that gender, CPBL spectating habit and baseball playing habit can influence some motivations, but in games watching frequency, all motivations are as strong as watching more games except national pride motivation. About emotional attachment and attitude loyalty, there are no difference between variances except games watching frequency. Final result also indicate nationalism (national pride) motivation is not significant motivation that infect students to watch Chien-Ming Wang games.
