And it is closely related to the health of the critizens, therefore, government has actively coached this industry and has classified it as the ten major new industries. Since 1995, our government practiced the National Health Insurance, after Taiwan joined WTO in 2005, the pharmaceutical industry suffered a bigger impact than before. In this changing time, the pharmaceutical industries must face inner impacts and outer pressures. This impacts and pressures will change the environment of pharmaceutical industries deeply and the change of pharmaceutical market in the future. Therefore, the aim of this research is to examine the relationships among distributive justice, procedureal justice, international justice, expertise, similarity, trust, satisfaction from clinics doctor. This investigation builds up an satisfaction development structural model and business strategy of domestic pharmaceutical industries, using a questionnaire and statistical analysis method. The examination employs the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to analyze the influence of the doctor’s distributive justice, procedureal justice, international justice, expertise, similarity, trust, satisfaction to the pharmaceutical industries. The results of this study were as follows: (1) distributive justice significantly positively affects trust; (2) distributive justice significantly positively affect satisfaction; (3) procedural justice does not significantly positively affects trust; (4) procedural justice significantly positively affects satisfaction; (5) international justice significantly positively affects trust; (6) international justice significantly positively affects satisfaction; (7) expertise significantly positively affects trust; (8) expertise significantly positively affects satisfaction; (9) similarity does not significantly positively affects trust; (10) trust significantly positively affects satisfaction.
