The difficulty of playing poker in the incomplete information consists the players’ interaction, dealing strategy, betting strategy, those can affect computer playing strategy. In all of poker games, Bridge, Whist, Russian, and Texas Hold’em are more popular games. In this paper, we aim at the strategy in Design and Implementation of Computer Russian cards Program, and discuss the strategy.
