Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 教育研究所 === 96 === The study concurrently adopts the theory discussion and positivist of researches. First of all, it relies mainly on probing into domestic and international relevant researches, and gathers together the whole expert’s view to be the foundation of studying. According to the above-mentioned article to make the questionnaire, it carries on questionnaire survey, and analyses with Analytic Hierarchy Process weight. Finally, it finishes building and constructing ` the weight system of the professional ethics indicator of vocational high school professional subject teachers`. The result of this research will be explained as follows.
The indexes of the first class are listed as below by examining and sorting by the comparative weighting (from high to low): (1) the interaction between the teachers and the students on the technical learning(0.411), (2) the basic cultivation of the teachers(0.293), (3) the interaction between the teachers and the parents of the students(0.163), and (4) the interaction between the teachers and the society or the institute outside the schools(0.097).
There are fourteen indexes of the second class. By examining and sorting by the comparative weighting, these indexes are listed as below (from high to low): (1) Helping the students develop the vocational ethics and cultivate their minds of caring the society and the public service(0.142), (2) Understanding the individual difference and instruct the students the proper vocational skill(0.096), (3) Constantly pursuing the further education regarding the vocational skill to help the students face the competition in the career filed(0.088), (4) Understanding the individual difference and instruct them the proper vocational knowledge(0.080), (5) Positively identifying with the vocational education(0.079), (6) Encouraging the parents of the students to participate in the school activities and deliver their knowledge of the vocational education in order to arouse their contribution to the society(0.075).
