碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 教育研究所 === 96 === A number of conflicts between students and teachers happen in junior high schools and have been reported in newspapers and on TV. Most of the conflicts result in improper operation proceduce. The dissertation attempts to categorize junior high school students’ common misbehavior against school regulations and propose feasible operation procedures by collecting and analyzing school regulations with the point of view of human rights to education. Seven categories of students’ misbehavior against school regulations and fifty-eight operation procedures are suggested in the dissertation and evaluted through purposive sampling and semi-structured interview. It concludes by making some recommendation for further improvements for schools and teachers to deal with junior high school students’ misbehavior against school regulations.
