As clerk for example, agent is a vary popular occupation several years in Taiwan and China. Life Insurance Sales Agent is popular than others.In particular, Agent for special job type need to get along with people for a long time. Some relevant variable about interpersonal relationships communication and relevant resources in career was affected in career success by agents. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Life Insurance Sales Agent for social resources to career success. In this study, hope and ego-resilience are defined as independent variables,.career success are defined as dependent variable. Furthermore, using the social resources as the mediate variable to investigat the effect of medicate to hope, ego-resilience and career success. This study adopted questionnaire survey and target on Life Insurance Sales Agent in various industry. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, Pearson relative analysis and Structural Equation Modeling analysis to discuss the relationships between hope, ego-resilence and career success and the moderating effect of interference for social resources.. One thousand questionnaires were sent out in total, with 315 valid questionnaires returned .The findings of the study are as follows:(1)Hope, ego-resilience correlates positively with social resources.(2)Hope correlates positively with career success.(3)Access to information correlates positively with Access to resources.(4)Ego-resilience don’t cause the significant effect on career success.(5) The social resources has not significantily affected on the career success.
