We use this framework to discuss the successful factor of an online shopping site. This study uses online questionnaire and surveys 452 users of books.com.tw, an online bookstore, in which 348 are valid. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is applied to test the hypotheses of this study. The findings of this study are as follows. 1.In Structural Equation Modeling, the fit test reaches acceptable level. That shows this framework is stable and these eight constructs influence each other. 2.Trust, system quality and service quality have apparent positive impact on user’s satisfaction. Besides, information quality and system quality have obvious influence on user’s intention. 3.User’s satisfaction has evident positive impact on user’s intention, which next has positive influence on the use, which then finally positively relates to net benefit.
