The faith that self- efficiency achieves success for individual and key element, include the judgements of the experience, study, ability and realistic environment. Focus on the reaching and surmounting of the goal even more as for the job performance. In view of this, it is related that this research aims at probing into system of the salary, self- efficiency and job performance, adopt questionnaire investigation statistical analysis, is generally got the salary personage as the parent in Israel, adopt the level to return to the way, analyse the relation research to the working performance of the system of the salary, and accede to self- efficiency in order to regulate and changes one and discusses with the relation to the job performance after the system reciprocation of the salary. The result of study is found: ( 1) The system of the salary has apparent influence on job performance; ( 2) Self- efficiency is having the job performance to the influence of showing; ( 3) Self- efficiency has apparent result of interfering to the system of the salary and job performance.
