Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 企業管理學系 === 96 === In recent years, Project Adventure becomes the hot training program which enterprises adopt, especially in Team Building. The enterprises hope to influence the staff’s cognition through their mental change and improve the effects of learning. So, this research is to explore the effects of personal teamwork skills training regarding the staff and the psychology mechanism of participant from the Implicit Theory. The result of study shows: 1、the persons who participate in Project Adventure program can improve their individual teamwork skills。 2、the persons who participate in Project Adventure program change the views about intelligence. They think that people's intelligence could be improved. 3、the persons who participate in Project Adventure program change the stereotype opinion that team members are good citizens. 4、the persons who think people's intelligence could be improved, they will improve their individual teamwork skills. 5、the persons who think people's intelligence could be improved, they will think the social intelligence about penetration and expression could be improved. If the effects of Project Adventure program could be applied to the job and be lasting, the enterprises must continue implementing the training relative to the subject, even form the learning culture.
