Reconstruction of large structure need Considerable of maintains budget and the residual displacement ratio be subjected to the influence that local geology condition, earthquake magnitude and certain scope distance to the source. It's helpful for seismic structures design and the valuations of after shaking maintain engineering. Therefore, the residual displacement should be brought into seismic consideration. Residual displacement ratios are calculated from all kinds of lateral strength ratio and different dimensions of foundations in the system flexible half space of single-degree-of-freedom (SDOF). The residual displacement ratios that this paper says has two kinds, one of residual displacement ratios is , which is defined to gain the foundation input motion and the free-field motion of residual displacement of specific value; Another one is , which is defined to gain residual displacement and free-field motion to gain the specific value for moving of the peak flexible for the foundation input motion. This paper is analyzed by difference to side to lateral strength ratio, period of vibration , earthquake magnitude of the period, distance to the source, earthquake magnitude, near-fault ground motions and dimensions of foundations ...etc of 872 acceleration ground motions recorded in California to understand residual displacement ratio is subjected to the situation of the influence of kinematic interaction. Analyze a result manifestation, residual displacement ratio obviously under the influence of lateral strength with apart from to also have notability change in the site category and distance to the source in the certain scope. Finally, put forward an estimate equation of simplification that this equation is clearly reasonable to predict residual displacement ratio, and can respond the ratio characteristic of the residual displacement by 11 sets of earthquake data carries on two stage regressions are analytical.
