Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 土木與水資源工程學系研究所 === 96 === This research uses Bambusa stenostachya produced from Yujing Township Tainan County to manufacture a serious of bamboo-based cement boards, and refers to CNS 3802 fiber cement board for the main basis standard to test respectively different properties of boards. Then its results can provide as a reference for building industry.
The result shows that the unit weight of bamboo cement board is about 1270-1430 kg/m3;the moisture content is about 13.2-16.2%. The absorption rate of each group bamboo cement board soaking water 2hr and 24hr in each group of bamboo cement board is respectively about 9.5%-12.1% and 18.6%-21.0%;the changeability of length of soaking water is about 0.18%-0.34%;the flexural strength is about 73-115kgf/cm;after the impact, there is no cracks, detachment, pinholes and split, and the hollow diameter are all below 20mm. That shows form the above results of this research that bamboo cement board can satisfy the demand of the CNS 3802 fiber cement board in every function. Besides, the thermal conductivity is about 0.188-0.262 kcal/mChr. According to the result of fire-resistance, bamboo cement board has satisfactory fire retardation, and cement boards of bamboo-content 6%, 8% and 10% (B8M15、B8M13、B6M13 and B10M13) are reached the fire rating second standard.
Compared with cement boards without bamboo, bamboo cement board is light, low absorption rate, workability, impact resistance, fire resistance and low thermal conductivity, and its flexural strength transcends ready-made wood-wool cement boards.
