Firstly, the hydrological data are collected to implement the regional flood frequency analysis. Then, three sturctural flood mitigation measures are drawn after the HEC-RAS model and FLO-2D model are used to examine the present status of flood capacity and the inundation depth and area. Finally, the improved measures are further proposed using economic analysis. Furthermore, the structural flood mitigation measures need to incorporate with the non-structural measures to achieve the goals of easing flood impacts, reducing flood losses, and protecting people's lives and property.
