Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 視覺藝術研究所 === 96 === This study aims to understand current implementing situation of Arts and Humanity Learning Domain in elementary schools in Tainan County, including the aspects of administration, understanding of the domain, curriculum design, time arranged, textbook and subject –matter selected, teaching activities, evaluation, in-service teacher training, and effects of implementation .
The strategies of questionnaire and interview are adopted in this study. The author developed an instrument for investigation, answered by administrators and teachers from 164 elementary school in Tainan County.
The conclusion consists of the summary of findings and the implicates about the above mentioned aspects .
Finally, some recommendations are proposed for institutions of educational administration, teacher-training institutions (colleges), in service teachers, and further research .
