Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育學系研究所 === 96 === The research is to explore the teacher’s opinion toward “Teacher Professional Development Evaluation” of the Yunlin elementary school, this research adopts directors, team leaders, teachers of the elementary schools of Yunlin County as the research objective. The methodology is to use the stratified sampling to collect the samples. Totally 735 people are sampled as the testing objective. 517 units of valid questionnaire returned. The analysis of the data is in accordance with mean , standard deviation , t-test , one-way ANOVA in order to proceed a posteriori comparisons. The main finding were as follows. 1.Evaluation criteriaare 4 assumptions:curriculum design and instruction , classroom management and guidance , research and pursue further education. 2.The method of the evaluation should be use the self evaluation , team evaluation or colleague evaluation. 3.The method to survey evaluation should be use teacher interview , classroom observe or teaching portfolio. 4.The reward should be use a certificate of merit or commend. 5.The method of the improment should be use research and study , join professional group. Based on the above conclusions , the researcher offers a few substantial suggestions for educational administers. Elementary school to adopt in designing and implementing teachers’ professional development evaluation. Besides, those suggestions could be applied for further research.
