Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 體育與健康休閒研究所 === 96 === Background: Besides emphasizing the importance of fitness, advanced countries respect for the activities and safeties of schoolchild. During the fitness activities, it is emphasized that skin protects from sunshine. Recently the Ministry of Education tries to improve the fitness of schoolchild. The schoolchild who exposed under the sunshine in Taiwan, located in subtropics, with different altitude environment and different degree of UV radiation intensity, has less concept of skin protection. At the present, the papers about elementary school players of skin quality with different altitude are quite few. Purposes: The purposes of this study are to find the difference of skin water content and skin elasticity among 5-6 grade track and field players with different altitude in Taichung County in different training terms (1-6 months, 7-12 months, more than 13 months).Research method: Sampling 5-6 grade, 56 track and field female players in different altitude, and measuring skin water content and skin elasticity of face with Cutometer MPA580 and we get the basic information of samples through the survey. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and two-way ANOVA(α=.05), then we can realize that the skin quality difference of elementary track and field players with different altitudes and training terms. Result: There is no notable difference of skin water content about elementary track and field players with different altitude. In different training terms, the longer training time, the worse skin elasticity. Conclusion: Training term has powerful influence on skin elasticity.
