Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 幼兒教育學系研究所 === 96 === The purpose of this research was to understand the situation of parental involvement, parental responsibility and work-childcare for parents. Ten subjects who were working parents have at least one preschool-aged child and using Corporate Child Care. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews. Results were categorized as the following:
1.When parents obtained Corporate Child Care, parental involvement would be improved, including: (1) handling routine tasks of take children; (2) solving occasional childcare problems; (3) satisfying children' needs of outdoor activities; (4) promoting quality of parental involvement.
2.About sharing parental responsibilities, parents believed that: (1) parents must take most parental responsibilities; (2) parents would share responsibilities with child's teachers by applying their professional competencies; (3) parents would share responsibilities with enterprises by performing the community responsibilities.
3.About work-childcare conflicts, parents thought that: (1) parents would notice the balance between work and parental involvement by Corporate Child Care; (2) parents would reduce work-childcare pressure by Corporate Child Care.
