The researcher believes that the career plans of an art major after their graduation from college, such as choice of profession, further study, and life style, must be related to their studying experiences at college to a certain degree, but not necessarily entirely so. That art majors do not choose a work related to art does not represent the success or failure of the education the college provided. So what is the meaning and value of the high level of art education in colleges in terms of an art major’s learning and life experience? This research discussed the substantial meaning and influences high level art education poses on the lives of art graduates through their retrospect of their professional art study experiences. The opinions and suggestions for the high level art education in Taiwan of the participants are also presented in the present study. The participants of the study were three art graduates and they were classified based on the degree to which their professions are related to art (directly related/ indirectly related/ not at all related). The purpose of the study is as follows: 1.To understand the high level art studying experience of the art graduates in the case study. 2.To understand the value and the influences of the high level art education on the profession and life of the art graduates in the case study. 3.To find out what the art graduates of the case study suggest for future high level art education and art majors. This research employed case studies to observe and analyze the formal art learning experiences, informal art learning experiences and the self-reflection of learning attitudes of art majors and reached the conclusion proposed by the study. 王麗雁 2008 學位論文 ; thesis 159 zh-TW |

碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 藝術教育研究所 === 96 === Abstract
According to Eisner (2003), schools should not be training camps to prepare students for job hunting, but places that teach the future generation how to live their lives.
The purpose of the study is as follows:
1.To understand the high level art studying experience of the art graduates in the case study.
